Ran through Gainesville, Texas and 14 miles past. I like Gainesville, they had everything we needed and was easy to run through with a nice shoulder all the way through. Nice day 60 degrees today and I ran well. 27 miles closer to the beach. Day 44   1069 5/10 miles. My arch is getting better and Texas is getting smaller.

Well it rained most of day but still nice. Ran 27 miles today. Day 43  1042 miles. Met Gretchen Vapnar's (Crisis Center director) brother today and was on TV, so it was a fun day.

Nice shoulder and wind at my back. 26 miles, arch hurt some today.

Ate at a greasy spoon (restaurant) tonight and stomach is upset. Nowhere to eat in this town.

I ran almost to Sherman, Texas today. Day 42...1015 5/10 miles.
