Well foot feels the same so its not worse and that is a positive sign. Windy and cold 26 miles today finished in Paris, Texas.  It was supposed to snow today and nothing. Busy traffic but a good shoulder for 22 miles. Not much to see today, a long up hill grade that lasted for 3 1/2 miles at the start then was pretty flat.  Ran 962 miles in 40 days. This arch will heal and I will do better. |
